Ice machine tube for industrial and commercial application

Through the stainless or copper tube,As the production accomplished, 7/8",1-1/8',and 1-3/8" sized tube ice will be harvested by thawing gas. This cylinder ice is used for various allplication.commercial and industrial.Ice machine tube with stainless steel evaprator tube can be used for ediable purpose for commercial.Also cooper evaporator tube of this ice machine tube can be used for industrial heat cooling purpose.TRS as ice machine manufacturer, produce from 3 tons to 70 tons per unit for commercial and industrial.TRS also commit rental service and used machine for the customer who want to reduce initiall investment for new business. This service is also available for oversea's customer.TRS use open drive recip compressor or screw compressor for this ice machine tube. and PLC control optional

flake type ice plant is designed for consumer who need continuous flake shape ice production.This flake shaped is used for the job site which must be chilled as soon as it should be cooled immediately down to 0°C and with no subsequent break in the cold chain,In flake type machine ,evaporator,reamer gear with cutter and ice breaker rotate constantly so subsequence production is possible.flake type ice plant is useful for marine fishing vessel,WELLCOM produce commercial amd industrial production capacity with storage bin.

For the commercial capacity the range from 1 metric ton to 5 metric ton prodcution ice plant. for industrial capacity, from 7 tons to 100 tons production capable ice plant. not only fresh water but sea water system is available for marine and land application.This flake system can be conbined with screw or pneumatic conveying system.Flake ice machine is also very useful as the concrete cooling industry.Flake type of flake ice machine can be mixed well with cement in cement mixer owing to it's spacious cooling surface. Quick cooling time can be accmplished..
